First thing that you need to do is make a lot of contents Since we all know that content is the KING, meaning it's very crucial to sites, and Google loves a lot of content and it must be unique, don't copy, other wise you will be banned. you know what I mean
You should get as much traffic as possible to your site but am not going to elaborate here on how to do but I suggest that you work hard your butt to be at the top of google seatch engine, be at pr 1.
Integrate the ads into u site so that they blend in with ur site and looks like part of the content, instead of ads. Ad Links and text need to be same color an font of ur site content.
4. Experiment with ad sizes and ad types to see how u can get the most clicks.
My last advice do not just place one ad to your every page like 336x280 why because people will annoy with so much ad.
